  • Bot data, including, but not limited to, Discord bot token, flows, and databases; and
  • Log data, including, but not limited to, the type of browser you use, your IP address, pages viewed, and access times; and
  • Analytics data, including, but not limited to, anonymous user ids, and pageviews.

Use of data

We use the data listed above for the following purposes to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve the service;
  • Communicate with you about important information related to the service, such as, but not limited to, technical notices, security alerts and administrative messages.
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity in connection with the service; and

Data retention

The data collected will be retained unless your account is deleted. If your account is deleted, your data may be retained temporarily for backup purposes.

Analytics data is stored permanently and is associated with your account. If your account is deleted, the analytics data will be anonymized.

  • Session token, functional.

  • Hetzner: user data, bot data, and log data; Germany; and
  • PostHog: user data and analytics data; Germany.
