Refund Policy
This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and how you can request a refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, either by:
- Entering the dashboard, navigating to the user settings, clicking the "Cancel subscription" button and confirming the cancellation; or
- Contacting us on the Discord server or sending us an e-mail.
If you choose to do the latter, please leave a reasonable amount of time before your subscription is due to renew so that we have time to review the cancellation.
Refund eligibility
If it's been 14 days or less since you subscribed, you can request a refund without giving a reason.
If it's been more than 14 days since you subscribed, you can still request a refund, but it's not guaranteed. Such refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may also decide to issue a partial refund instead of a full one.
Regardless of the number of days, contact us on the Discord server or via e-mail to request a refund.
Processing of refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we'll review it and let you know if it's approved or not. If it's approved, we'll issue a refund. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
